Impro Dance The Hague, Improvisation classes on Tuesdays from 18.00 till 19.30 and 20.00 till 21.30.
Due to the renovation of the Cloud studio, classes take place in the dance studio of Theater de Regentes from 6th of March till 10th of April, on Thursday evenings 18.30 till 20.00

Do you want to allow more creativity into your life? Are you looking for more connection between your brain and body? Dance improvisation is a wonderful way to find relaxation, joy and connection through movement.
Allowing a dance to unfold while letting the mind and body be un-knowing of what is going to be, is an improvisation.
Improvised dance is a way to connect to the body as it naturally wants to move, as well as challenging yourself to create new material.
The classes are aimed to give you tools for a more creative approach to your dancing, as well as trying to seduce you to be more present in your body so that you can enjoy your expression fully. You are welcome to join this lovely group of dancers and learn to listen to your body and play while dancing!
